Shipping Within Australia

For shipping within Australia Expresssoles orders are fulfilled through Australia Post.

  • Free express shipping for all orders over $250.
  • All orders under $ 250 will be charged a shipping fee.

Standard Shipping

Expected delivery is within 5-7 Business days with AusPost.

Express Shipping

  • Up to $25 on all Australian orders with AusPost.
  • Expected delivery within 1 – 2 Business days.

Please note: This is the ‘expected’ delivery timeframe. This is not a guarantee. Once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of our couriers.

Extended Delivery Items

  • Items with the Extended Delivery Item notice are likely to take longer than our standard shipping times.
  • Please allow an additional 5-7 business days delivery time for these items.

Please note: This is the ‘expected’ delivery timeframe.  In some cases, our extended delivery items are shipped with no additional delay. Other times the delay will be longer. Shortly following your order we will provide you with an update on these items.

Processing Times

  • Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day.
  • Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Please note: some items have processing times which will override the above processing times, please check the item description for processing times. (Backorder and sizing on specific shoes/products).

Order Confirmation And Tracking

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@expresssoles.com.au

Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address with your unique tracking number. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
